possible virus?

so this was happening since (i think) i installed a program called daemon tools lite i believe it's called, i saw it came with other programs so i uninstalled and then defender detected a virus as: PUA:Win32/Puamson i removed it and moved on but ever since apps started crashing youtube started running out of memory some apps are slow but games unnafected
