Possible malware running as an executable in the background?

Im concern that the processes indicated by the blue arrows in the picture may be malware but I'm not sure how it got there or how to remove it. I believe it's malware because it's not signed by Microsoft, and when I tried to check its properties, I couldn’t access them or terminate the process. I’ve already scanned my desktop with Windows Defender, but it didn’t detect anything. I have a lingering suspicion that this might be some kind of spyware or even stalkerware because my online activities seem to be getting back to my employer and coworkers.
