Possible confusion of new computer with a Windows Surface?

Hello:On January 10, 2024, my brand new three-month-old mini desktop crashed. Yes, I have contacted the vendor on this as related to my 3-year warranty. However, in effort to keep control of my personal documents, all was stored to a One Drive which was not local to the actual machine. Now, while using my old laptop of which I cleaned thoroughly after I changed machines, I am finding a series of things that do not look correct in Entra ID as related to the machine that crashed. 1.
