Hello,
I plugged in my dell dock from work into my home laptop's USB-C port to try and see if I could use multiple screens. As in the title "the usb device is not recognized" pops up every 10 seconds.
So far, I have done the following:
1. Uninstall all the USB drivers in device manager and restart
2. Reset the PC while keeping my files
The only thing that works is disabling the "USB root hub 3.0" in the device manager. Please note that if I uninstall this driver then restart the same things happens. When I plug in another device to the USB-C port it also goes away.
