Plug-in status to improve low battery

My laptop often keeps plugged in, but the Win11 system suddenly says that the battery is low and shuts down the machine automatically. How can I solve this problem? I used the system check that comes with the laptop BIOS, and the battery status is normal. But it still says that the battery is low, and it is still plugged in.
