Pls HELP

[Windows 10]

i have this pc, and whenever i boot it up like 5min-7min its just freezes and never came back, so i reset it. and then another 7 minutes it just freeze now after the freeze it shows the bluescreen like the sad one, and now whenever i boot it up its just dont show in the monitor, no signal, but the fan in the motherboard are working, so i want to change the os but i cannot cuz it will not open, i cannot open bios also, no show in the monitor WHATS HAPPENING ?!?!?!sorry for my english
