I am an HP PC user who uses HP Support Assistant for various tasks such as checking my PC warranty and fixing network and printer issues that are a great alternative to the troubleshooters provided by the Windows operating system. It also provides driver updates on a monthly basis that I download from there only because Windows' optional driver updates have a bad reputation as per what I hear from other Windows users.
