Please help... Windows Hello and PIN do not work, no option to reset pin and login via password

I have a problem logging in to Surface 11 Pro - I use Windows Hello and a pin. Face recognition suddenly stopped working, the system asked for a pin - I try to enter it, but the pin doesn't work too... I also don't have the "reset pin" option or in the sign-in options - logging in via login / password is a Microsoft account. in sign-in options I have only login with pin... I can't handle it at all, no knowledge base describes this case.I completely lost access to my Surface :-(
