PLEASE HELP,Windows 10 on myphoto Folder,it has a +on it & when I open photos,I have to open each Photo to view it

Please assist,Windows 10On my Photo Folder it has a + on it & I can open the folder & when I open a Sub Folder It has the Photos,but It only shows the photo Number & to view the photos,I have to open each Photo individually this is EXTREMELY TIME consuming especially when I have 17gb of photosIf I copy any of the photos to my laptop(also windows 10) then I can open I see all the photos I copiedIt is extremely Frustrating & Time consumining looking for 1 or several photos
