please help. windows 10 not working

for some reason im trying to fix my windows 10 computer but lately it hasn't been working I have been researching a bunch of ways on how to fix when I clicked through the wifi it only shows "airplane mode", I tried to click it it does nothing I know airplane mode takes away wifi but it only shows that there's no Internet connect when I tried to get in my windows 10 it makes me wait like 20 minutes (usually it makes me wait like 2 or 4 minutes) and it says can't sign inplease help. thank you
