in Event Viewer, under Applications and Services > Windows PowerShell, there are some events that took place a little after I logged on this morning (I logged on around 8:55am, and these events happened at 8:58am) there are 7 instances of each 'Provider [x] is started'; Registry, Alias, Environment, Variable, FileSystem, and Function. these all appear on startup in the event log, but they only log once; this time, whatever this is, there are 7 instances for each of these Providers. after that, it continues with 'Engine State is changed from None to Available' and at the end, it logs 'Engine
