Please help me. I can't change my PIN settings.

Yesterday my laptop went all blue with this Bitlocker Key question. I entered the key with the key i got from my Microsoft Student's account. Since then, I can't login to my laptop using my PIN/fingerprint. It says that I need to change my pin first but everytime i tried to log in to fix the PIN i can't cause it always says something went wrong.Please help me.
