Please Help! Locked Out Of Email!!

Hi, I have never made a post on here before. I am locked out of my primary Microsoft email, that I have had for a long time. I am almost certain that it was hacked. When I try to sign into the email, it prompts me to send a code to verify my identity. However, it is sending the code to the same email that I am locked out of, so I cannot access the code. Can anyone help? Is there a way to get around this verification process?On some platforms, I am still logged in. Such as Google and YouTube. While other platforms, it has me logged out and I am unable to log back in, such as Outlook and Xbox.
