Please help deactivating BitLocker on Windows 11 Home 24H2 from my D: drive

Hello,The computer/device name was changed after the Windows re-installation (Windows crashed for no reason, I had to reset the Windows because no way it would boot in Windows after trying every options at the startup. Then Windows quietly installed new Windows on my D: drive and never tells me its intend D: drive is my data drive with full of my family pictures and now I can't recover but it's another issue.) The D: drive is a Western Digital 2TB hard drive but all the years Windows came preinstalled on my Dell XPS desktop C: drive (a factory installed SSD NVMe drive).The old computer/device
