Please help create a fixlist.txt

Hi security experts, Could you help me out with a fixit.txt? I've been dealing with stolen account credentials since early December last year, right around when a new windows update rolled out. By now, most of my information and accounts are secured. Before I continue normal operations on my personal laptop, I'd like to make sure I don't have any evasive malware. My feeling is I do, but full scans with malwarebytes premium haven't detected anything. Here are the FRST.txt and addition.txt files.
