PLEASE fix the volume mixer resetting issue. It's been YEARS!

Windows 10/11 has an issue that hasn't been fixed despite being obvious. The mixer volume keeps resetting. For example if you set your system sounds to 10% after some time (or sometimes almost immediately/after restart) it WILL reset to 100%! I don't know where to find the logs to this setting, but I am CERTAIN it's not my hardware issue. It's been an issue since Windows 10, now I am on 11 and it still there, I did many clean installs, and it never goes away. It's ridiculous, I don't believe it's never been noticed/reported.
