please answer quick - termsrv.dll problem

Hello i tried to edit hex of termsrv.dll because my rdp didnt work but i am on 24h2 version on which i should do that i heard but it was too late. now my computer can start up and i am in start up boot with network and can acces folders but i cant change those files . i gave my self some permissions and i did the 50% of everything what i need to do because i took out the termsrv.dll from the system32 and no i want to paste in there my copy of original termsrv.dll but when i try to paste it in theni see this error "0x80070780" "An unexpected error is keeping you from copying the file.
