I am having an issue with a client's desktop computer. Whenever they go to wake their computer after being away from it, typically overnight/over the weekend, they cannot log in. The login screen is replaced by a solid blue screen (NOT a BSoD, just a plain blue screen, think the standard Windows 10 color) and they are unable to wake it further, leading them to perform a hard restart, which fixes the issue until it happens again.Their computer specs are
