Ping spikes every few seconds from avg 30 to 100+ on ETHERNET and WiFi

Hi everyone,Recently received new internet via Sky, the download and upload speed is superb, 80+down and 20+ up. However, I am having constant ping spikes on every device, it occurs every 3-5 seconds or so, ranging from 70-250+. The ping sits at 20-35 then will just spike up to 100+ then instantly drop down to 30ish again. I purchased a CAT 8 ethernet to see if that would solve the solution, to no avail. Please help me out. My Wifi times out every 30 seconds then goes to 2000 ping then goes back to normal and repeats this procces when ever I use my pc.
