Hello, whenever I try to sign in to my laptop it says "Your credentials could not be verified", and then it says "something went wrong and your PIN isn't available (status: 0xc000006d, substatus: 0x0). I don't know why it's working and I tried to search of the problem and nothing working I think I got hacked, someone please help.
