PIN not working

The boot drive on my computer died so we pulled out the one boot drive on an old system (Windows 10) and installed it. The pin on that drive has worked with no problems but it's not working once we moved it to my drive. My son tried one too many times with that four digit pin now I'm locked out. (Leave it to a man to try the same thing repeatedly with the same result.)I was going to reformat that hard drive but now I can't even get in the system to do that.I've looked through some of the other comments and so far nothing's help. Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated.
