PIN no longer available and not receiving any email with verification core

I updated my BIOS and once restarted the message appears: Your pin in no longer available due to a change to the security settings on your device.Fine.Then you need to log in with a verification code that was send to the e-mail of the account.The e-mail is right, I have internet connection but no e-mail was sent nor received, neither main box of email or trash.I dont want to format or reinstall the windows, what can I do to receive the e-mail and just log in?
