Pin no longer available and code for my email isn't sending. What do I do?

Hello everyone,This morning when I went to use my laptop, the log-in screen changed and said that "my pin is no longer available due to a change to the security settings on this device. Click to set up your pin again" When I do this, I am only given the option to send a code to my Hotmail account, the problem is, nothing is being sent. I don't know what I can do here, I reset my password, but I still can't get into my PC without a code, and no code is being sent. Any suggestions?
