Pin issues

I turn on my PC. It takes me to the login screen I tried to log into my Microsoft account once I have logged in it says just a moment. While the screen load in it says create a pin I click next it says something went wrong. We aren’t able to set up your pin. You can try again or skip this step and set up a pin later when I press retry, it says the same thing the only option I have to pick skip for now I clicked this button and it takes me to the login screen again to repeat the same process over. I would like to know what is wrong with my computer
