PIN issue 0xd0000225

I tried to Login this morning and got the following message “Something went wrong and your PIN isnt available (Code:0xd0000225). Click to setup your PIN Again”.The problem is my hotmail is linked (as a security backup) to an email address that doesnt exist anymore.I also tried to troubleshoot and it doesnt work.
