Pin is not able to change as an adminstrator

I have an account with my personal email. Recently, I added another email from my organization. After that, I couldn't change my PIN, and I got a message saying, "This organization email is not connected to my PC; it's only used for Microsoft Teams."I am not able to remove this email from Settings-> Accounts -> Emails and accounts; The solution I need is to remove the email from the account without clicking the highlighted message.
