PIN / Factory Reset HELPPP !!!

Can someone please help me ! I just got this desktop yesterday straight out of the box, I was using it fine then when it went to sleep it asked me for a PIN/Password which I NEVER created or set up at all.I used it no longer than 10min, don't even know what windows it is. Some research, it could possibly be windows 10 or 11 I dont know ..... WHAT I TRIED : I tried placing the default password: 0000 (didn't work) I tried "shift" then restart, went to Advance options- troubleshoot : - Start Up Repair ( says : Start up repair couldn't repair your PC) - System Restore (says: To use system
