Pc Freezes, makes a continuous buzzing sound, Monitor goes blank and forces a hard restart via the power button.

As described in the title, the issue that occurs forces me to restart my pc each time it occurs, happening randomly and primarily during gameplay of a variety of games. I thought the issue was related to a specific setting issue with Path of Exile 2, but the issue has now occurred whilst playing a different and much less intensive game. I believe it might have to do with a driver, as i've had issues in the past that were fixed by reinstalling or removing specific drivers, but help would be appreciated.Minidump files: Minidump Help.zip
