Picked the wrong default operating system

So i had a bluescreen everytime I booted the PC showing which operating system to run. I saw a quick fix to how to pick the default operating system by choosing it. I choose the other one that has my pc ( currently ) in a bootloop. Any help? Any Solutions without getting my files deleted? Please I need this ASAP!!
