Photos not opening after recovery

Hi I’m facing a very difficult problem with photo recoveringAfter I lost my photo archive from my external hard drive I used disk drill app and recouva as well,Each program recovered my file as organized before listing them!But sadly most of the deleted photos not opening!I used photo fixing software but the same result for all photos this file can’t be fixed!Please I need help with this nightmare
