Photos cannot zoom or scroll for some wepb images

[Windows 10]

When viewing some wepb images it's not possible to use the zoom function or display the original size, likewisewhen having selected to display the original size for an image where it works in the same folder and then switching to that webp image (arrow keys or mouse) said wepb image will be be displayed in its original size but neither is it possible to zoom to fit nor to move the canvas with the hand control.This seems random with some webp images from various internet sites having this issue while some others don't. Even in a batch of 4 ai images generated at the same time from the same webs
