Photo/s disappears on my PC running windows 11 and MS365?

My Laptop RUNS ON WINDOWS 11. I have a built in camera in my HP Laptop. When i take a photo with the camera (of myself) , I '' cannot seem to find'' where the photo/s has been stored?...I search all my picture files...but the photos cannot be located?...Please help
