Phones and TV connecting to Internet but not my Laptop

My WiFi is connecting to my phones and TVs just fine but every time I connect to my laptop (Surface 11) or Desktop it will not connect. I have restarted the computers, I have unplugged the router and let it sit for 5-10 minutes plugged it back in, I have tried the roll back driver but when I get there there isn’t an option to click the button, and on Google chrome I also get the code DNS_PROBE_FINISHED_NO_INTERNET. I have gotten different codes but that is the only one I remember.Nothing seems to be working. Please help.
