Phonelink

Where do I go to download Phonelink? I've searched hither and yon, and cannot find it on the net nor the Microsoft Store. By the way, since it would not open, I uninstalled it and I cannot find it in the Store. (Edit) I watched a video, attempted to download it from the link provided but it didn't work. Now I find when I type Phonelink at the Start, it comes up there as Phonelink system. Clicking on that, brings up the window giving me the option to choose Android or IPhone. Clicking on Android, it goes no further.)
