Phone Link working for messages and notifications but not for calls

[Windows 11]

I've set up phone link on my desktop and laptop and both work with messages and notifications, but when I switch to calls, I get error messages On laptop it asks if I have already set up a mobile device with another app (I haven't). On the desktop it gives an error about bluetooth. Is there any solution for this? I am not using headphones, only the speakers on the computers. I have Windows 11 Home.
