Phone Link won't open

[Windows 11]

I had been using Phone Link/Link to Windows up until recently. Now it will not open. It just says "You'll need to update to the Windows May 10 2020 update or later to use Phone Link. Select Open Windows Update to see if an update is available for your PC and install any pending update." Okayyy, well, this is a new-ish (2021) computer and it's running Windows 11. I have reset and repaired the Phone Link app in Settings. Link to Windows appears to be working on my phone.
