Phone Link Won't Launch

Having recurring problem with Phone Link (not displaying inbound text messages) so I tried Settings=>System>System Components=>Phone Link=>ResetNow when I try to launch Phone Link, nothing happens.Windows, etc. is updated. Rebooted many times.Tried running Repair Tool.It says, "We couldn't repair this component. Try again in a bit."A "bit" later, I tried running Reset Tool.It says, "We couldn't reset this component. Try again in a bit."I am getting really frustrated with what should be an easy (and is an indispensable) product.
