Phone Link with iPhone

Hey, so my question is that if I’m able to connect my iPhone to my PC which I haven’t tested yet. Will I be able to send blue iMessages from the PC itself using the iPhone’s number. Secondly, would I be able to have an integration where I can use the Phone Link as an API call to send iMessages?I have found Webex CPaaS that claims they can integrate Apple Messaging for businesses, wound that be a better route?
