Phone Link - Under Messages Shows My Number & Contact Number

On the Phone Link on my Windows 11 PC, I have a Pixel 9, the Phone Link shows the person I'm texting but also my number, if I respond on the Phone Link it sends both me and the other person a message. How do I remove it? It happens on all my contacts. Didn't have this issue with Pixel 7.
