Phone Link Stopped Opening

After upgrading to a new phone last week (Samsung s25 Ultra) Phone Link started getting buggy. It would not synch notifications. In an effort to fix this I uninstalled then reinstalled Phone Link from the Microsoft app store. Now Phone Link will not open at all. It just flashes for a second then does nothing. I have tried repair/reset etc etc. Does anybody know how to fix this?
