phone link pc to android stopped working

Phone link stopped working. I tried many suggestions to repair it and nothing worked. I followed a suggestion to uninstall and try to reinstall. No success at re-installation. Several times in the last week I have gotten the message from Microsoft Apps that something has gone wrong on their end. The link I used is Phone Link - Microsoft Apps app is still on my phone but is no longer on my pc. Where can I get the app for my pc?
