phone link on Win 11 not working in some keys ways.

I have used phone link with my android since Windows 10. I am now using same phone but on Windows 11. There was the ability to transfer to pc, mute, hold, and end. Other than End, the other options are grayed out and have never worked on this PC. I also have never been able to open my phone screen on my pc, like I used to do. I am connected and can dial the call, and of course hang up, but not the rest. Help!
