Phone Link not requesting Delivery Reports for Text messages

Hi - I am using Phone Link app with my Samsung S9 Link to Windows. I can send and receive Text messages OK but I do not send a request for Delivery receipt when using the PC. When sending from the phone, delivery reports are turned on but they are not requested when using Phone Link. How do I get Phone Link to request delivery reports the same as the phone does?
