Phone Link not connecting on new laptop

Hi there,I use phone link on an existing Windows 10 laptop. I have bought a new Windows 11 laptop and I cannot get phone link working.I open phone link, choose Android and it finds my existing phone connected to my micrrosoft account and then I click the 'Select' button next to the phone and instantly says cannot connect. It then gives me 'Try another way' and every way I try doesnt work. With some of the alternative ways the phone will say it has successfully linked but then the computer says there was an error.Both phone and computer are on the same network.
