Phone Link isn't connecting to either PC

[Windows 11]

I haven't used phone link in a while and when trying to use it now, I cannot connect on my desktop or my laptop. I've attempted to sign out and delete both the PCs from my phone as well as my phone from the PCs, but neither have given me an option to do so. When I sign back in, the devices are still there. Additionally, when prompted for a code, I am only given a QR code that reads as invalid from the moment it populates.
