Phone Link hangs up when laptop sleeps

How come Phone Link doesn't keep Windows 11 from going to sleep? Teams won't go to sleep when you're on a call. If I'm on a call using my laptop as the mic and audio, I'm usually not doing other things on my computer. I'm just talking to the other person. And then the computer goes to sleep, and the call hangs up. Any way to stop this from happening without changing the power settings every time I use Phone Link for a call?
