Phone Link Group Chat - Ongoing Issue

There are dozens of related questions, yet there isn't a fix yet?Off and on phone link will misbehave in regards to group chats. Currently if I respond to a group on my PC(s), the text entered disappears. Looking at the text app on my phone there will be an undelivered message with a stream of gibberish as the recipient. Example - emrejv8fd44mfkidy33nrmfmf.....on and on. If I respond to a group text on my phone, it functions as expected. On my PC, no go. Other odd behavior includes the same group showing up more than once in the list of messages instead of a single stream conversation.Suc
