Phone Link Error

I'm having trouble with Phone Link. I go through the pairing process and it seems to work on the phone but not the computer. It will give me a failed screen. If I close that window, a new Phone Link will populate, saying my phone is connected but the bluetooth needs to be repaired. When you click Begin Repair, it takes you to a screen that shows my device but doesn't let you do anything but remove it. I have tried unpairing, forgetting device, all of that. And my bluetooth isn't the issue because I have bluetooth headphones connected fine. Any advice?Phone Link Error Part 1Phone Link Error Par
