Phone link error Error 0x80070422

This appeared to happen after last Windows update.Have reinstalled phone link. Windows update is running and set to auto start.Trying to relink Android phone via phone link. After selecting Android and MS account email this error appears ( Something went wrong. Try later. 0x80070422 94b33dbd-8845-0001-a32e-e5944588db01 ). Cannot go any further.Thanks in advance
