Phone link drag and drop larger files

[Microsoft Windows]

If I select a smaller file, say 70MB, it will allow me to drag (showing dragged file selected icon) and transfer to my desktop but if its a 700MB file it won't let me be grab it at all. But I can go to camera >> previous taken pic and move to the video, share and send to phonelink, which then sends it to downloads/phonelink.Can you fix this please. It is the majority reason I wanted to use the phonelink feature.S23 UltraS22 Ultrasame problem.
